Nicole Berg, MSc, BA, CPCC, ACC, FRSA is a certified coach who specialises in career fulfilment. What distinguishes her is a decade working in non-profit management, a sector which is on one hand considered inherently fulfilling, and on the other hand has an average burnout rate of two years. Nicole is passionate about enabling individuals from the private and public sectors to access this fulfilment (and avoid or recover from burnout) through transforming ways of working.
Nicole is an Editorial Adviser and Columnist for Coaching at Work, the leading global coaching magazine for coaches, mentors, managers, and HR professionals. She writes a ‘Relationship SOS’ column focusing on professional and personal relationship issues.
Qualified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Nicole has been coaching since mid-2013. As the oldest and largest in-person coach training organisation in the world, CTI has trained over 50,000 coaches and has also trained employees in more than half of the Fortune 100 companies. CTI’s Co-Active Coach Training Programme is widely recognised as one of the most rigorous in the industry.
Nicole received her MSc Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics with Merit and graduated with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada with a BA in Linguistics. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA) and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
