Nina Bainbridge


Nina’s philosophy is to be in charge of ‘leading ourselves’ through life with the courage of our convictions to set direction and bring clarity. Through coaching, Nina brings awareness and insight to this in a highly supportive, intuitive and empathetic way. From this place clients can expect challenge and difficult questions always with their very best interests at heart.

Nina has been coaching executives on Leadership Development and Career Management in the commercial, social and charitable sectors for the last 7 years. Clients include Three Mobile, Aids Alliance and Sovereign Housing Association. She also runs a private Life Coaching practice in the UK and overseas.

Before becoming a coach, Nina developed marketing strategies (for 12 years, agency-side) for clients such as Disney, Orange, Eon and HSBC. During this time she worked with the Home Office on The National Domestic Violence Helpline forming strategic alliances with commercial companies to raise awareness of the helpline.

Nina studied Applied Human Communication and trained as a Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She holds an NLP certificate at Practitioner level, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
