Tracy Prentice


Tracy’s goal is to look for more ways to impact the world through leadership and coaching. She has a particular interest in self-awareness and behaviour and works with clients to gain clarity on what they really want and support them to make the vision a reality. As a coach, Tracy creates a positive, constructive, and challenging environment.  This is combined with a sense of humour and a calm, intuitive approach.

Tracy loves to travel and has worked both in the UK and abroad.  She has spent the last 15 years specialising in project and programme management, strategic development and change in both the public and non-profit sectors. Internationally, Tracy worked as an organisational development advisor for two NGOs in The Gambia.

Tracy trained with the Coaches Training Institute. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Health Information Management from the Erasmus University.
